Sofia Karadima is the Head of Community Engagement at Actum Group, a leading private equity and value creation intelligence and data business. In her role, she focuses on content strategy, event planning, social media, partnerships, research and community building in the private equity value creation space.  With expertise in global investments and ESG as an investment writer and researcher, she has reported on institutional asset management, private markets (including private equity, private debt, and infrastructure), and foreign direct investment (FDI). 

Sofia holds an MA in Journalism, Media, and Globalisation (specializing in Business and Financial Journalism) from City University London and Aarhus University. She also has a BSc in Economics from the National University of Athens and a BA in Translation and Spanish Language from the Ionian University. 

Having lived in multiple countries including the UK, Chile, Greece, Denmark, and Spain, Sofia’s multicultural background brings a diverse and global perspective to her work.
